Jos Vooges | STH 00fa9cd9c7 Add TV catalog A–Z sort/jump and fix exit/continue focus. 
Browse films/series alphabetically with sort chips and letter scrubber; trap dialog focus and fix long-press remove from continue watching (0.14.13).
